Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier
New construction of two hotels (E2N and ES2)
In the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier in Hamburg's HafenCity, an ensemble of a total of 14 buildings is being created, which will feature outstanding architecture and a unique Numix will form a new lively flagship destination in Hamburg.
Around 100,000 square meters of space for retail, gastronomy, entertainment and culture will be fine-tuned with 579 apartments, offices for 4,000 jobs, three hotels and a cruise terminal. The quarter is optimally integrated into the local infrastructure with its own subway station, bus lines and various mobility services.
Olympic Stadium external supports
Repair of damaged supports
The supports to be processed are located in the listed Olympic Stadium in Berlin. These are various external supports of the outer arcade, which are clad with natural stones.
The stadium was built between 1934 and 1936, received a partial stadium roof in the VIP area in 1973-74 and was completely rebuilt and modernized between 2000 and 2004, taking monument protection into account. The renovation of the sample support A 89 was completed in 2023. Subsequently, further columns with comparable crack formations will be repaired in two construction phases BA 1 and BA 2.
