A total of approx. 351 m² GFA and 246 m² WF are planned on the approx. 643.00 m² plot. The building erected around 1950 with formerly three apartments is to be converted into a single-family home. The existing construction is masonry.

Energetic upgrading and the relocation of the staircase to the middle of the building are to be changed in relation to the internal development during the construction period.
