In 2012, a competition for future development was decided on the trapezoidal plot. The designs of the 2 award winners Höhne Architects and Axthelm Rolvien Architects were combined to form a new urban figure.
Along the north-west street spaces, Stephan Höhne Gesellschaft von Architekten is creating a closed peripheral development and in the south-east area two free-standing buildings by Axthelm Rolvien Architects.
As one of the last remaining areas directly on the Spree, 164 high-quality condominiums are being built on the 8,460 m² property. These are spread over 3 buildings with a total of 9 staircases, each with 6 full floors.
The generously planned inner courtyard includes both private garden areas and communal lounge and green areas.
